Class Offerings

Find your center in a calm and safe space in the studio. There will be wellness and skills based classes offered throughout the month for children, teens, adults, and couples.

Classes will need to be booked and paid in advance to ensure space. Cell phones are expected to be turned off during the class. Depending on the type of class, the waiting area may or may not be available.

Yoga mats, seated pillows, blankets, and eye coverings will be available for use. You are permitted to bring your own items for your personal use if you choose.

Bees Lotus Heart Yoga Flow

We’re honored to partner with Brittany Snell, RYT-200, who brings a grounded, nurturing presence to each offering. Brittany will guide occasional yoga classes of various styles, along with deeply restorative sound baths, meditation, breathwork, and other mind-body practices designed to support relaxation and renewal.

Beginners Yoga

This class is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to revisit the foundations in a supportive, relaxed environment. We’ll start with the basics, taking time to learn fundamental poses, proper alignment, and simple breathing techniques at an easy, approachable pace. Each movement is clearly explained and gently guided, with plenty of options offered so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

Restorative Yoga

Feeling stressed or run down? Restorative Yoga is a gentle, beginner-friendly practice that helps you fully relax using pillows and blankets for support. No stretching, no experience needed—just rest, stillness, and calm. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed.
